No Flex. Uncomparable Framing.
The Pro 4590 Cockpit
Built using Vention’s commercial-grade aluminum, the Pro 4590 sets a new standard for strength and precision. Designed for zero flex and total stability, every component from the 45×90 profiles to the corner brackets is built to deliver the rigidity and control sim racers demand.
The Best Aluminum Framing System in the World.
No Flex. Stunning Color. Patented Design.
Vention's double-arm profile system allows for redistribution of material from the profile’s center towards the outside. There, it has the greatest impact on strength and stiffness, while reducing the material overall.
45 Series Brackets:
Weight: 53 Grams
Size: 42x42x42mm
Aluminum Thickness: 8mm
Bolt Size Used: 20mm
15/40 Series Brackets:
Weight: 30 Grams
Size: 38x36x36mm
Aluminum Thickness: 5mm
Bolt Size Used: 16mm
Compared to standard 15 or 40 series brackets, the Pro Series brackets are noticeably larger and stronger.
Moment of Inertia: Measuring potential flex by a direct drive wheelbase.
The Pro 4590 can shrug anything off.
The moment of inertia measures how resistant an aluminum profile is to bending or twisting under load. In simple terms, it reflects how stiff and stable the extrusion is — the higher the moment of inertia, the less flex you’ll feel in your cockpit. Pro Series aluminum profiles use optimized geometry to ensure maximum rigidity and precise response.
Our 45x90 wheel uprights are stronger and stiffer than a 40x120. Here is the proof:
Vention 45x90
Moment of Inertia iX: 287,967 mm⁴
Standard 40x80
Moment of Inertia iX: 154,764 mm⁴
Standard 40x120
Moment of Inertia iX: 260,186 mm⁴
More contact area = greater resistance to flex

Triple-Height Wheel Column Bracing
Instead of using just a 4 brackets on each side, our wheel uprights are also secured from the inside as well, That results in three stacked rows of brackets. That gives you 135 mm of vertical clamping surface holding the wheel column in place.
Why does that matter? More clamping height means the load from your direct drive wheelbase is spread over a taller section of the upright, so it can’t twist or flex under torque.
For comparison, a typical 40×120 setup might use three brackets on the outside only, giving you about 120 mm of clamping on one side. We secure both sides and extend that to 135 mm. The result is a stiffer, more stable wheel mount that stays locked in, even with high-torque bases.
