We currently ship worldwide with a few exclusions.  If you have any checkout questions, please send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP.

The moment that we recieve payment and your order is confirmed, you will recieve an invoice with payment confirmation from us.  If you do not receive it, please check your junk mail folder.  This email will contain your order number.  Please refer to that order number for any emails to us.  You will receive another email from us once your order is shipped with tracking numbers.

We make every attempt for orders to be shipped out within a week after we receive the order.  There is no shipping on the weekend (or holidays) so orders received on Friday may only leave on Monday.

Please note that with the amount of customizations that we like to offer, all of our orders are packed on a per order basis.

Delays may occur if a part is out of stock, please email us if something is a rush, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

The Gaming PCs do take a little longer to configure will be shipped out usually 5 days after the order is received.

A lot of time and care has gone into getting you the products the best way.  All extrusions are packaged together in long boxes.  Each bolt, nut and connector are placed in packages and clearly labeled as per name and part number.   Parts are then arranged by their specific assemblies and placed in smaller boxes so that each step of the building process has its own hardware box.  This was done to make your build as easy as possible.  Expect about 4-6 boxes on average for a cockpit order.

Contact us right away please.   We are very careful when packaging and we always have someone quality inspect each and every order before it departs our warehouse.  As well, we take photos of all parts going into each package, so we can verify if there was any issue before the product left or warehouse or if something may have happened during shipping.  We are here to make sure your purchasing experience from us is smooth!

Our Pro Series aluminum extruded profiles come from Vention, a local manufacturer of industrial robotic machinery.  As a result of building high end industrial equipment,
they have engineered some of the best framing aluminum profiles in the
world.  As their official partners, we
have access to their entire catalogue of framing and framing connectors which we utilize to bring our clients some of best racing simulators on the market.  Their profiles are finished in an azure blue
anodization that is unique to the racing simulator market and makes for a beautiful finish on the Pro series racing simulators.  The Anodization process that makes such beautiful
profiles also makes them more vulnerable to scratches. Please be extra careful during assembly and place the profiles carefully without bumping them into anything.  Each aluminum profile that we receive is carefully inspected, cleaned, and individually wrapped to ensure that your frame will look beautiful.  We reject any piece that does not live up to our standards.  That being said, it would be impossible to send back every profile that has a small
imperfection and that will not even show in the final assembly.  If we notice a small scratch on a profile
that has an “underside” that will not be visible in the final cockpit, we do
mark that side with a t-nut.  Please note any profile that you receive with a t-nut already inside of it to make sure to place that profile so that it would face down when your assembly process is
finished.
