Bolts Perpendicular to Your Wheel
Fastening bolts perpendicular to the load can cause the force of your wheel base to be distributed unevenly. Steering forces on a front wheel mount with side mounted joints can lead to bolt failure over time.
The RIght WAy
Bolts in Line With Your Wheel
To promote structural integrity, we tighten on bolts parallel to the load of your wheel base. This distributes forces evenly across the joint.
Commercial Strength Brackets
We added 4 x commercial grade corner brackets in order to "brace" any forces resulting from high NM wheel bases. This mounting solution handles vibrations and bolt shear much better than side joining plates.
