Aluminum Extrusions
also referred to as Aluminum Profiles
15 Series
We use 15 series which is 1.5 inches wide (38mm). You can choose from any of our extrusions listed on the right for your framing although we have some parts that are restricted due to sizing. For instance, we do not offer monitor mountings using 1.5x6 inch extrusions!

Our Mounting Plates
All of our mounting plates are made in Canada from high grade 6061-T6 aluminum. They are sold sanded (plain silver) or black powder coated (same as aluminum profiles). Most are 3/8 inch thick unless otherwise stated and are engineered to keep your gear attached with no flex. We do not nickel and dime our parts, if adding another 2 mounting holes and a stronger connection costs another $3 then so be it. We have seen other companies look to cut every dollar possible and the resulting decrease in strength and adjustability are evident.
Bolts, Bolts and more Bolts.
We love our bolts here and we only use high grade 12.9 steel cap head bolts wherever possible. More bolts offer better redundancy so when your high torque wheel base or Buttkicker has been doing what it does, the only movement you will feel after continued use is that rumbling in your butt (#buttkicker jokes).

Before You Start
- Start with the frame first and add it to the cart. Then hit the Build Your Own at the top of the page to come back here.
- At the bottom of each page are sections full of guidance. The part in questions will be highlighted in green.
- The quantity box is for linear inch of aluminum extrusion.
- Each line is for 1 specific extrusion so the quanity box should only include the length of that specific extrusion.
Good To Know
- If there is anything that you need that you cannot find within our steps, please let us know. We will remedy that for you.
- If you would like a fractional cut, like 52.5 or 19 1/8 inches, that is no problem, please leave us a memo in the order notes ares in the checkout section.
- Simplified instructions will be shipped along with your parts.
- All plates, mounts, connectors will be shipped with the necessary T-Nuts , bolts,. washers in order to complete the build.
