Side Wheel Mount Plates

Our side wheel Mounts are made from 3/8 inch thick 6061 Aluminum. Attach them to the wheel uprights with 4 bolts to to create a no flex wheel mount. They also adjust to every angle you could possibly want.

Best Practices:

This is pretty straight forward given how adjustable and strong they are.
They include 4 x Drop-in Spring loaded M8 T-Nuts and 4 x M8 20mm bolts per side (8 in total)

Notes:

Our Side Mounts hole locations are drilled exactly to use with 45 series and re-using your old side mounts with our wheel mounts will probably not work.

Wheel Mounts

Best in the Business. We engineer our wheel mounting solutions for max strength.

Best Practices:

Our Front Wheel Mount, Fanatec Wheel Mount, Profile Wheel Mount will be cut to fit your cockpit width.
Although we can figure out your exact width from your order, there is a section for order notes in the checkout section where you can write in your cockpit width.
The wheel deck mount is exactly 23 inches and cannot be changed so please make sure your width, between the uprights is 23 inches. (use 20 inch base spreader profiles to achieve this.

Profile Wheel Mounting

Add a straight aluminum profile across you wheel to mount your wheel/wheel base to it using a clamp or add 2 or 4 underneath brackets to use to upwards mount your wheelbase.

Add 4 corner brackets to mount with all Asetek Wheel Bases.

Pedal Plate 360

Our Pedal Plate 360 is best in the business. Built for complete rotation, you have the freedom to mount your pedals any way you choose. With up to 7 mounting bolts per side the 360 is the strongest pedal mounting solution ever!

Best Practices:

For the cross spreader profiles, we only gave the option of a 1x5x3 profile or a 1.5x4.5 profile. The reason for this is because at least 1 of the profiles should be double width in order to avoid any rotation at all.
We made the second cross spreader profile necessary as the assembly requires 2 profiles.
The third profile is just in case someones wants one. We don't use them in our frames but if you want/need go right ahead. We don't judge people by the amount of spreaders that they use.

Notes:

The Pedal Plate 360 solution is not compatible with 1.5x3 inch Long Side Profiles when used to be the frame.
For frames that use 1.5x4.5 Long Side Profiles you have the option of mounting the Pedal Plate 360 upside down in order to lower it's position. It isn't necessary, just an option. Please note that adding Sim Feet to your cockpit allows greater height adjustment.

Build Your Own Pedal Solution

Best Practices

A build your own pedal mounting assembly is usually comprised of 2 x side mount pofiles, 2 x cross profiles and 2 x uprights.
Check out the photo to the right to see the mounting methods.
The height of the uprights are usually around 6-8inches. The uprights are secured to the top of the Long Side profiles with 1 corner bracket and sometimes a second corner bracket behind as well.
The side mount profiles are usually around 15-20 inches
The Spreader profiles width or the same width of your cockpit speader profiles.

Corner Brackets

Attach what you want, where you want. But attach the frame together well!

Notes:

Each bracket that we sell comes with the necessary T-Nuts and M8 bolts necessary to use them.
Cover caps are not included with a bracket, those are sold separately.
Our Corner Brackets are slotted and have tabs on them that help to keep them guided in the slot but can also be broken off in order to mount a brackets across a slot (as opposed ot inside of it)
They are 38x36x36 mms (same as 40 Series)
You can use silver corner brackets on a black powder coated frame. Or vice-versa. Simply a matter of color preference.
