Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase some items maybe be returned. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



Please email us us first before returning any item.  You will be issued an RMA number and return instructions.  Please note that returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted.

Accessories,;  refunds and exchanges are available for unopened/unused products.  A restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the purchase. price may be applied for opened or used parts.

This restocking fee is subject to the condition the item is received when received back to the All in 1 Gaming warehouse.

Racing SIm Frames:  For any reason is you are unsatisfied with you sim frame, please contact us as soon as possible.  We are here to help.  Sim frames may be returned to us at a 25% minimum restocking fee.  Fees may be higher for scratched or used framing components.  

Shipping fees:  Please note that all returns must be paid for in full before shipping anything back to us.  All in 1 Gaming will not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) shipments.  Also, shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the address on the RMA confirmation that we send to you.

 Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.


 The following items cannot be exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at to arrange a refund or exchange.
